THE HOUSE RULES
Nothing scary. Just a few things we need to agree on before the needles come out.
1. DEPOSIT = BOOKED
Every booking requires a deposit, which will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo. Once your deposit is paid, your spot is guaranteed and we'll have your design and stencil ready for you. Not ready to commit? No worries keep it casual and try your luck as a walk-in. We might have space. We might not. May the odds be ever in your favour.
2. NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
GIVE US 48 HOURS Life happens. We get it.
You can reschedule your appointment as long as you give us at least 48 hours' notice. Less than 48 hours' notice = deposit forfeited.
Your alarm not going off, your car refusing to start, your dog eating your calendar, Mercury being in retrograde... unfortunately, none of these make the 48-hour rule disappear.
3. ONE RESCHEDULE PER BOOKING
Your deposit allows you to reschedule once.
Need to move it again? Your original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to make another booking. We love seeing you - we just can't keep moving the same appointment around the calendar forever.
4. YOUR DEPOSIT IS YOUR DEPOSIT
Deposits are non-transferable.
If your friend changes their mind and generously decides to give you their deposit, that's very sweet. But no. Deposits stay with the person who made the original booking.
5. A FULL DAY IS A FULL DAY
If you book a full-day or half-day session, you're reserving that time exclusively for you. If you decide you've had enough after five minutes, that's completely your choice
amount of the session you booked is still payable.
You're booking our time, not purchasing minutes under the needle.
6. "I DIDN'T KNOW" DOESN'T COUNT
These House Rules are displayed here as well as instore for everyone to see.
By booking and/or getting tattooed with us, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these House Rules. So unfortunately... "But I didn't know!" is not an excuse.
7. THIS IS A SOLO MISSION
To keep the tattooing area safe, clean and professional for both our artists and clients, only the person getting tattooed is allowed in the tattooing area. Friends, family, partners, emotional support besties and your entire cheer squad are very welcome to wait in the designated waiting area. If you genuinely need someone by your side during your tattoo, please speak to your tattoo artist before your appointment. Any exception must be agreed upon with your artist in advance. One tattoo. One client. No entourage.
Thanks for respecting our time, our artists, our clients and our studio. Now let's make something awesome.
